By using this website, submitting a form, or booking a meeting, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the site for a company, you represent that you are authorized to act for that company.

The website provides general information about Vancom’s AI consulting, custom software, and operational improvement services. Site content, an inquiry, or an initial audit call does not create a client relationship or require either party to enter an engagement. The scope, fees, ownership, confidentiality, and other terms of paid work will be stated in a separate written agreement.

You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not submit trade secrets, regulated data, credentials, or other highly sensitive information through the public form. We may reschedule or cancel appointments when reasonably necessary.

By checking the separate SMS consent box and submitting your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring informational and marketing text messages from Vancom about your inquiry, appointments, and services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that degrades service, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

The website, branding, text, graphics, software demonstrations, and other site content are owned by Vancom or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for internal evaluation of our services, but you may not copy, sell, publish, or create derivative works from site content without written permission.

The site may use or link to third-party services, including Cal.com for scheduling and other infrastructure providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, or separate terms and privacy practices.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vancom disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vancom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the public website. Vancom’s aggregate liability relating to the public website will not exceed $100. These limits do not modify liability stated in a separate signed client agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vancom IO LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit without authorization.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating solely to the public website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas. We may update these Terms, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
