We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business email, mobile phone number, company information, appointment details, and anything you include in a message or inquiry.

We may also receive basic technical information when you use the site, such as your device type, browser, IP address, referring page, and general usage data. Our scheduling and email service providers may process information needed to deliver their services.

If you opt in to text messages, VANCOM may send recurring informational and marketing text messages about your inquiry, your AI System Audit or AI 101 registration, and scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with service providers that help us provide messaging services, including platform providers, phone companies, and vendors who assist with text-message delivery.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us at admin@vancom.io. We will honor opt-out requests promptly.

On class information and registration pages, you can allow or decline Meta advertising measurement. If enabled, Meta receives browser and network information, the page address, and events such as class page views, video interactions, and checkout starts. We use these events to measure advertising and understand interest in the class. Meta also processes this information under its own privacy policy.

We load this measurement only after you allow it. You can turn it off using the advertising measurement control on those pages. Your choice is saved in this browser. We exclude the private registration confirmation page and preparation answers from this tracking.

We may share information with vendors that operate services on our behalf, such as Cal.com for scheduling, Resend for email delivery, hosting and security providers, and professional advisers. These providers may use information only to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets. The SMS non-sharing commitments above continue to apply to mobile opt-in data.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, to maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. You may opt out of email by contacting us and opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Disabling cookies in your browser may affect parts of the site.

Our site may link to or embed third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Vancom’s website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 18.
