Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business email, mobile phone number, company information, appointment details, and anything you include in a message or inquiry.

We may also receive basic technical information when you use the site, such as your device type, browser, IP address, referring page, and general usage data. Our scheduling and email service providers may process information needed to deliver their services.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and evaluate potential consulting engagements.
  • Schedule and manage calls, appointments, and follow-up communications.
  • Provide, secure, maintain, and improve our website and services.
  • Send text messages only when you have separately opted in.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect Vancom, our clients, and others.

Text messaging and mobile information

If you check the SMS consent box, Vancom may send recurring informational and marketing text messages about your inquiry, appointments, and services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages, and only as needed to provide that service or as required by law.

When we share information

We may share information with vendors that operate services on our behalf, such as Cal.com for scheduling, Resend for email delivery, hosting and security providers, and professional advisers. These providers may use information only to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets. The SMS non-sharing commitments above continue to apply to mobile opt-in data.

Data retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, to maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. You may opt out of email by contacting us and opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Disabling cookies in your browser may affect parts of the site.
