Put AI to work in your business

A clearer plan. A better next move.

Your assistant becomes more useful when it knows your business. Here are four ways to put that knowledge to work.

Priorities

Know what matters today

Give AI your goals and open tasks. Use it to sort your priorities and make a clear plan for the day.

Reminders

Stay on top of follow-ups

Keep track of who is waiting on you, what you promised, and the next step in each conversation.

Sales

Move deals forward

Prepare for sales calls, work through objections, and decide how to follow up with a potential customer.

Marketing

Give your marketing direction

Get clear on your offer, who you want to reach, and what to promote next. Turn those ideas into a marketing plan.

The next day

Open your assistant. Know where to start.

You’ll learn to give AI the facts it needs, ask useful questions, and check its advice before acting on it.

Questions you can bring to your assistant

  • “What are my top priorities today?”
  • “Who do I need to follow up with, and what’s the next step?”
  • “What should I do to move this deal forward?”
  • “What should I focus on in my marketing this week?”

You provide the business facts and updates. Your assistant helps you organize them and decide what to do next.

What you’ll leave with

Your own assistant. A practical place to start.

A first version built around your business

One business use you’ve practiced

Before you book

A few straight answers.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Josue will show you what to open, what to ask, and how to check the result. We’ll use an AI tool called Codex. Setup help starts at 9:50 AM.

What should I bring?

A computer, access to Codex, and one business use you want to start with. We’ll check your device and account before class. Use examples you are comfortable sharing.

What will I build in class?

A first version of your AI business assistant, using the information you give it. Choose one business use to practice. You’ll learn how to keep its information current, check its advice, and decide what to do next.
